Gonna be real: it's deeply shitty to aggressively demand that artists who worked on a large project guarantee to you that nobody who touched the project used AI. They can't know that and they're not responsible for that. They can only know things within the scope of their own job.

I’m happy for all the animators that gave it their all in the Avatar movie, despite everything, despite the leaks and decisions outside their knowledge or control. I know them, I know they did their very best. I hope they get jobs and be comfortable with their lives.

Avatar being given the SpongeBob treatment of endlessly milking and diluting a beloved series was already depressing enough, but having people behind it who care so little that they need to ask their text bot about beard styles and create a new language to avoid using Chinese is truly horrendous

I dont know if this is brazen or it has just become so normalized that people who use the stuff don't see it anymore but the text that opens the final paragraph on the right on the big slides for your sdcc presentation is WILD

According to chatgpt written in the Avatar movie presentation.

Like even if you using it as a starting point (something I don’t totally agree with) to find a source to cite, cite the original source that data was scrapped and cross check it. More often than not it’s taken wildly out of context or straight up wrong an LLM should never be a credited cited source.

I mean actual OP who said this is an unserious dumbass, but to be real for a moment, friction is necessary for the creative process. And here’s a reality check who are all “UwU my vision,” sometimes your initial version is shit and someone needs to tell you that. First pass should never be the final

On every possible level of creative work these fucking piss-brained charlatans will find some kind of "friction" standing in the way of their genius ideas. Can't draw for shit? Friction Needing to do research? Friction Can't think of a thing to actually write? Believe it or not - also friction
