1/x Look, I'll say it bc you won't hear many others say it. I don't know if I'm a "legal theorist" in others' eyes, but this problem is simple. It's not counter-majoritarian to enforce constitutional restrictions on legislative powers. Nor is it anti-democratic.

To be fair, I get the distinct impression that she's the type of person who either homeschools or sends her kids off to a hyper conservative private school where they won't get exposed to scary things like critical thinking, brown people, or the transgender agenda.

This seemed a reasonable thing to publish for USA Today because to the elites government is something you buy with the expectation that buying the government will earn you a profit. For the rich "government" does not exist. It's all capitalism. They pay ppl to do what they want & it happens.

The Valks have been a great story the last 1.5 seasons. They made the playoffs in year 1 as an expansion team. That's never been done. This year they might very well be top 4 which would entitle them to home court advantage in the first round. I love them. The Bay loves them. Go Nakase & the Valks.

The kids and love to grab a pile of books from @ypsilibrary.org’s Michigan Ave Branch and then go read at Red Rock for happy hour. Not exactly to your pint about boredom, but just to say, a few dozen Dog Man books are much better than a phone for getting kids through a restaurant.

You see this take makes sense, because as a woman all I've ever wanted is clothing that falls apart 7 times faster than a man's while manifesting zero pockets. I think we women must be biologically hard-wired for this, bc otherwise the market would obviously manifest our preferences.
