Enabled copilot in excel to summarize some data. Memory usage ballooned to 100+ GB. Disabled it again.

OpenAI launches ChatGPT Health, encouraging users to connect their medical records

tldr you have to guide agents to the right places in your codebase containing good examples of what you want it to copy. It is a copying machine. Garbage in, garbage out. No instructions/guidance? You get statistically average output and you are probably a better than average programmer.
