Fetterman responds by saying that the growing distaste toward Israel is a sign of people “turn[ing] their back to the Jewish community.” “[The] Jewish community and Israel are not the same thing,” Stewart fires back.

Later, Stewart says: “You’re literally saying, we can all have discussions except when it comes to Israel, except when it comes to Israel — which is not America. It seems like a weird line to draw.”

She's really starting to remind me of Anthony Weiner; a backbench Democrat representative who built an aggressive media personality into a national following and then completely fell apart when exposed to scrutiny, due to being an overweening narcissist without any deeper loyalties.

Surprising no one, the Israeli terrorist who was killed trying to kill Palestinians was actually killed by other Israelis trying to kill Palestinians & Israel buried him without an autopsy as they increased a rampage to kill Palestinians in supposed revenge. Hannibal Directive all the way down.

⭕️ Israeli military probe says soldier may have killed settler in Tal attack

An Israeli military investigation published Wednesday found that friendly fire may have killed Israeli settler Benayahu Mellet during a deadly settler attack in the occupied West Bank village of Tal last month, The Times of Israel reported.

Four Palestinians and two Israelis were killed during the attack after around 20 settlers, some of them armed, stormed the village.

The incident sparked a large-scale Israeli military operation across the occupied West Bank. According to the probe, Mellet died shortly after a Palestinian wrestled a rifle from another Israeli, though the military said it could not determine whether he was killed by Palestinian fire or by Israeli troops because his body was buried without an autopsy.

We have to reckon with the fact that Uncommitted really was what it said it was - a group of loyal partisan democrats trying to save the party from itself. This was obviously not the case with "Abandon Harris," but anyone conflating the two is doing so out of either ignorance or malice.

Senator is actually one of the jobs where your views on foreign policy matter most and it's a genuinely incredible thing that the Democratic candidate for Michigan is someone who wants to end aid to Israel, Egypt and the UAE and not a mindless drone who wanted to give Netanyahu another $20B.

Lost in all the election news — Israel just imprisoned an American teen. Soldiers raided Adam's family home in the West Bank right before his sister’s grad party. The soldiers were shown his US passport and apparently didn’t care, disregarding it. As they took him, they blew kisses at his mom.

People are weirdly inconsistent about when they treat money in politics like it matters and when they don't. We just had a bunch of people on here lamenting the announcement that Musk is going to spend $120M on the midterms, but then they analyze these AES and Bush races like money is irrelevant.

This is also going to be one of the easiest wins for a Dem this year. His GOP opponent is Taras Nykoriak, whose most prominent action was stealing $73k worth of savings bonds from a Ukrainian Orthodox church and serving 16 months in federal prison. He was the only Republican on the primary ballot.

New York City’s business elites are long accustomed to direct access to City Hall, where even Democratic mayors felt the need to court the city’s wealthiest and most influential corporate leaders. That access is getting shredded by Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

The mayor fired corporate leaders from a city fund’s advisory board in the latest sign that he is changing the way such power brokers access City Hall.
