Account names can also be a giveaway. Accounts like “A Fox A Day” or “Nature So Cool” are often posting stolen, out of context photos. Possibly with incorrect info Ironically, Get To Know Nature sounds like one of those scraper accounts but I swear I’m a real photographer. 😅 (7/?)

Blue milkweed beetle (Chrysochus cobaltinus) on dogbane. It was a warm day, but a sprinkle of rain from a brief afternoon thunderstorm cooled things off, plus gave the beetle a few droplets for decoration. (Montana) #BugSky 🌿🐙📷

And if you see a piece that's not really there in some way, especially if the artist is struggling - find that one thing. There will be at *least* one thing in their work that rocks, and you can let them know. Find it, rave about it, boost it. We gotta keep each other going!

Don't just share the most polished, professional works. Repost the people who are just starting, who are amateur, who maybe don't have the proportions or the anatomy or the color down. Remember they're choosing to pick up a pencil and enjoy the act of creating, many of them for the first time.
