Wow forever beta running entirely locally on android through a pc emulation layer. Actually wild that we’ve finally got there! Runs like shit though, needs to be 720p to get decent fps on a Thor
unfortunately wow forever is excellent, atleast in the limited content available on the beta. quite devastating when you're trying to be a functioning member of society !
Really excited to try the wowf beta but then wonder if I actually want to endure the bottleneck that is a populated wow classic starting zone 😩
I need the wow forever beta asap because I refuse to believe this lighting isn’t a pc melter lol
wow forever collectors edition has £100 shipping, blizz are smoking crack wtf
just as i start to drift away from retail they announce classic+ the actual bastards. very excited though! i hope theres a toggle in the graphics settings to turn off the blue elves
After years of company stalling, Blizzard workers win mega-contract that applies to all unionized teams aftermath.site/blizzard-union...
I have to say the playing a real ocarina into the mic thing is sick. anything to get the kids to pick up an instrument is very welcome imo 👍
I finished watching the thing, graphically insane! Gameplay doesn’t seem particularly revolutionary to me but I’m sure it will be a fun time 👍
witcher 3 revamped mount handling? thats all i need to hear im in
I wonder if they'll put any challenge in this one or if it will be like playing with aimhacks like in gta 5
As I've reported in the past, almost all of Guerrilla Games has been working on Horizon Hunters Gathering for the last few years, and the next mainline single-player Horizon game is still far, far away.
Forgot to post but I finished Diablo 2, the step up from d1 is honestly insane. it also made me realise how young I was when I first played it as all the nostalgia was only the first hour of the game lol Got a start on my 1000th run of d3 👍
First set of credits rolled on the Thor with Diablo 1, was very surprised by how well made the homebrew android port is! Now onto the goat (Diablo 2)
[Ongoing thread] Neuromancer (AppleTV, January 22, 2027): Here comes the first look 😎 "42 years ago, William Gibson introduced the world to Neuromancer. Now, the next chapter is loading. Callum Turner stars in the cyberpunk series adapted from the genre-defining 1984 novel." It looks neat!

ps5 homebrew looking pretty promising. If you're not someone who relies on a ps5 as their only/main console, nows the time to turn off auto-updates !

Wow 3.3.5 with a fully offline, single player server populating the world with fake player bots, all running on an ayn Thor. Perhaps science has gone too far lol
So excited to play black flag later. Been a while since I've been excited to play a new game, and a much longer while since it was a ubisoft title lol
As always: Pirates, emulator devs, modders, and amateur archivists across the internet are so damn important to ensuring that it remains possible to play most video games far into the future. Also: We need PC ports. Even a bad PC port can be fixed up by fans and made playable for years to come.
To this point, I will also reiterate that PS3 and PS Vita digital download preservation remains incomplete, particularly for Japanese games and DLC, where I imagine the bulk of that work has taken place abroad. This essentially gives a one-year deadline to plug some sizeable, yet quite tricky holes.
PS3 and PS Vita PlayStation Stores are closing starting August 2026 blog.playstation.com/2026/07/01/a...
I didn't think this needed to be spelled out (thank you Bluesky), but the point is that even if the prices are the same, companies are making more money per sale now than they were back then, and none of that is passed to the customer
Took a chance on an indie analog-horror that was recommended through steam and I'm seriously glad I did ! A murder mystery where you get to snoop through the victims pc Slightly blown away how well made this was, if you don't mind a few spooks and have £6 to spare I'd 100% recommend
