(Legacy spoilers) Can't stop thinking about that first vision in the pool though. I remember being 16 and being intrigued by the mention of storms on Jakku, returning to that in such a horrific way for this feels so earned. I also love the nuance being given to Rey's feelings also.
More Legacy thoughts! I remember seeing a review that said Brilla's parts began to drag/feel irrelevant but I disagree. Her arc is the shadow of Rey's: they're both driven, recklessly so, to find closure for their respective traumas.

Not necessarily a spoiler, but I'm in love with Roux's characterization of Rey. A lot of stories featuring her errs on making her adorkable and little else. I love seeing her impatience, her grit, her loneliness, her anger, her trauma, and anxieties fully on display here
