This should be crystal clear to everyone- Trump is not threatening to put ICE in polling areas to protect voting integrity, he's doing it to try to protect himself from prosecution form the Democrats if they take back Congress.

50 years ago today, Richard Nixon resigned in disgrace from the presidency. If the Democrats take back both houses of Congress in November, I would not be surprised to see Trump be the 2nd president in US history to resign his office to avoid another impeachment and possible removal from office.

Just a reminder: The last time a president appointed an attorney he had personal ties to, was when Nixon appointed his law partner and campaign manager John Mitchell. Mitchell ended up disbarred and spent 2 yrs in prison for his role as AG protecting Nixon.
