Not sure if anyone speaks bee, but what could this red tailed bumble bee be trying to say? Today a neighbour complained that a shrub in my garden was bringing too many insects in. That’s the point of the shrub, I replied, as I had this little one clinging to the sleeve of my jumper 🐝
This is crazy and wrong. Darkness is important to the health of many species, including ours. Do not allow this, people! #ALAN #darksky @danidarkskies.bsky.social @darkskyintl.bsky.social

Did you know that we are now without true nighttime in the UK? From now until late August/early September (depending where you are) we remain in perpetual twilight
FITBIT USERS So, the switch from the old app to ‘Google health’ has totally ruined Fitbit for me. The app is unusable. I don’t want Google having my health records. I don’t want an ’AI coach’. Plus it’s just ugly. Anyone recommendations for a different fitness watch?
When ‘Please mind the gap’ should really be, ‘please mind the abyss’ 🚆 The old wooden steps are so rickety now too 🤣

UK households made up of straight couples; have you also had electoral ‘literature’ sent to your address from Reform, addressed only to the male in the house? All other literature from other parties has been addressed to both of us.

This is how you tackle the ‘falling birth rate’. You support families and importantly, you support women into work. Many women my age cannot afford a family due to childcare costs and I refuse to quit work to have a child that I would then have to raise whilst struggling @plaidcymru.bsky.social

No judgement from me, but the guy in front of me at the supermarket spent £161.80 on Guinness, Fray Bentos pies and a singular avocado. I need to know where the avocado comes into the equation.
Genuine question: I use my time driving to sing. A lot. Like none stop. I never see anyone else belting songs out when they pass me. Is it not normal to sing when driving!?
