I know we were all gutted after the 2024 election and probably didn’t pay much attention to Jack Smith’s motion to dismiss the J6 case against Trump. But it’s worth a read. He made a point to say DoJ policy treats Trump’s second term as a PAUSE, and not the END of the case. I want Jack Smith for AG
