My take on the Maine and Michigan Democratic Senate primaries is that our left seems entirely incapable of judging character, if a candidate says the correct leftie things. It's distressing.

The point isn't to produce essays, it's to teach students how to think for fuck's sake. The minute you automate that, it's over. You might as well close the course. Which they're also doing. This is an attack on learning, and everyone is just shrugging.

The internet: -is a social environment structured to ensure everyone gets their dumbest beliefs validated, no matter how flagrantly those beliefs fly in the face of fact or expertise -has slowly become the main environment for all modern social interaction Consequently society has gone insane

The Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee has endorsed our campaign! I’m proud to have the support of so many of my colleagues who are in the CBC, including Congressman Clyburn. I look forward to continuing my work with the CBC as Michigan’s next Senator. Let’s go win!

Wait, he has a tattoo of WHAT? So….how many girls has he been sexting? Whaddaya mean he said he’d rape a burglar? His ex told you he held her hostage in her own place because she needed to calm down? He’s….he’s a rapist??? Honey, no. You broke up but now he’s refusing to leave your apartment?!?!

People keep trying to make this Dem schism about policy, because they think they can win it with catchy slogans. But it’s actually not about policy. It’s about whether or not you look at the GOP under MAGA with disgust or with envy.
