Even the most hardbitten rock & roll animal wasn't immune to Dolly Parton's loving wisdom. She represented the best in us, kindness without being sappy, wiseass without being mean & always self-aware. "They ask me how long my hair takes to do but I don't know, I'm never there when it happens!" RIP.
RIP Dolly. Up there with the proper, proper greats youtu.be/D1TXnTjbf4A?...

Jesus, I’ve read some cobblers about the Daily Mail judgment today…
Sending an 18-year-old defender up to take a penalty has set the image of Aussie manhood back about 50 years
Watching an England World Cup knock-out game at 1am on a Monday morning will be a new experience and I’m not sure we have a working strategy for it tbh
Harry Kane dedicating the victory to Danny Murphy’s lost cat, Bob. Touch of class.
Fair play to New Zealand. They’ve been great. Nathan Smith in particular was fantastic. One word of advice lads, from someone who just spent two days in Nottingham this weekend - pick your pub to celebrate in wisely.
