I’m beyond excited (and slightly terrified) to announce that my one-man show, SQUID – A Victim Impact Statement, will premiere at the Arcola Theatre, London, 11–14 November. For 30 years, I documented a story I couldn’t remember. SQUID is what happened when I finally did.

Burnham will be celebrated for a week or two. By the Left. The Right will just tear him to pieces, make up stories, keep quiet about the good things, until his approval rating implodes too. He can stop that by regulating disinformation. Or he can *not* and wait for the same forces to devour him.
If Starmer does resign tomorrow which seems likely given the number of sources now calling for it (not least his Foreign Secretary) It’s worth remembering that the same fate will befall any prime minister until they get to grips with rabid Press and Social Media.
