Ezra was the last leader we added to the set, and we debated a fair bit on which version to depict. Obviously for the era, a Peridea version of the character made more sense, but that version really isn't aggression aspect and it felt weird not having the first Ezra leader be from Rebels #FFGStaff
I'm so done, they went deep into the lore and pulled out characters I never thought would receive cards. This isn't even a retail-available set, my wallet is ruined 😭 (Feroz has been overdue for a card by a decade, but I NEVER thought they would make Sash and Waistcoat)

I think it also revealed just how quickly a bunch of otherwise very hard problems can be to solve with global collective action. The fuckin Ganga was running clear water for the only time in my lifetime because for 2 weeks nobody threw garbage in it. The canals in Venice had fish.

That is a prime reason why so many powerful people want us to run screaming away from them into the comforting arms of selfish individualist competition.
Holy shit Halo Studios went HARD on the level 343 Guilty Spark. Backlighting the Chief with red light before he disembarks the pelican so it looks like he's in hell is 😍 This game looks so beautiful. And I can't understand all the Forerunner architecture hate; it looks totally appropriate
It's frustrating how bad the takes are from almost every single content creator I've seen about Halo: Campaign Evolved, even the ones who I usually trust to have reasonable perspectives on things. It's got some flaws, but the game is really good ya'll
I'm making my way slowly Halo: Campaign Evolved. Great game, surprisingly difficult. The gunplay is really clean & the graphics look great (though occasionally glitchy). I'd lay down my life for the new Captain Keyes, but I REALLY dislike the way the VA (& animators) has interpreted Sgt Johnson

Feels weird, but when Campaign Evolved comes out next week I'm gonna uninstall Halo: Infinite. I'll get better modern single player gameplay from Campaign Evolved, and Marathon/MCC have better multiplayer, so there's no real reason to keep it around anymore. RIP to a good one

If a team makes a game that gets great reviews and doesn't sell, that's a biz failing but the silver lining is you caught lighting in a bottle -- protect that team! It's worth its weight in gold. If you jettison the team but keep the biz people, I don't know what to tell you
