I’m not a fan of the willfully ignorant. He/Him

SCHIFF: When Trump ran against Hillary Clinton, who won? CANDEUB: Um. Trump was certified as winner S: Did he in fact win? C: He was certified S: Do you have some doubt about if he won? C: I have no doubt he was certified S: When did it become so difficult to answer such a simple question?

SCHIFF: You told my staff you stood by your article in white nationalist website VDARE where you wrote, 'Muslim immigrants & their kids seem prone to terrorism' C: I wrote that article in support of Trump's travel ban S: Do you stand by it? C: I stand by that article S: That's all I need to know

holy shit -- Schiff ties Trump's judicial nominees in knots by asking them who won the 2016 before *before* asking them who won in 2020, which results in them sounding like election deniers about Trump's victories!

BLUMENTHAL: Judge Cronan, you're already on the district court. Who won the 2020 election? CRONAN: Joseph Biden received the majority of electoral votes B: You have nothing to lose. You have a lifetime appointment, and yet you're unwilling to state the simple fact that Biden won the 2020 election

* It's unreal how terrible Trump's nominees are * DURBIN: You wrote, 'Feminists advanced a theory that rape is meant to perpetuate male domination.' Do you still oppose Violence Against Women Act? CANDEUB: I haven't really thought it D: In 2023 you did an interview & decried harassment laws ...

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, an opponent of Donald Trump’s anti-voting agenda, won the Democratic nomination Tuesday to be the state’s next governor. She’ll face off against a Republican who opposes virtually everything she stands for. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

Benson has been a frequent target of election deniers and anti-voting activists, who falsely accused her of perpetuating voter fraud during subsequent elections in the Great Lakes State.

Q: Is there any chance of Trump administration giving Ukraine PAC-3 missiles? SEN. COONS: Chance? Yes. Am I confident they will? No. Because every time Trump suddenly becomes persuaded that maybe we should side with Ukraine, he has a call with Putin, and changes his mind again.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that police generally need a warrant to access your phone’s location history because it’s protected under the 4th Amendment. Now the gov needs to show narrow requests with probable cause instead of treating your phone like open data. Small wins.
