City Administrator Kevin Donahue

Proud to serve as the City Administrator of Washington, DC.

Back in 2008, I was a young staffer in the City Administrator’s office under Adrian Fenty when I called then-DPW Director Bill Howland with an idea: Could we park some trucks at RFK and let kids climb on them? A dozen trucks, and couple hundred kids, turned up the first year.

D.C.’s speed cameras are catching super violators. Most have Va. and Md. tags.

A lack of cross-border cooperation with Virginia and Maryland has allowed habitual speeders from those areas to get away with thousands of dollars in unpaid fines.
