Very proud of and excited about this programme. I really don't think there is anything else like it. Our team of volunteers worked so hard on making it all happen. Join us! Really tiny number of places left now ❤️

Good morning to everyone who fantasises about meeting their favourite poets dead or alive
Would so love to spend a day roaming Manhattan with Alex. I imagine we would smoke and he would tell me wild anecdotes and we would talk about all the boys we've ever loved Then he would write a bitchy little line about me in an otherwise perfect poem. But it would be worth it.
Omg I finished the first draft of the novel. It has an ENDING. Thought this day would never ever come and feel you will all understand
Did I say bleak? I apologise. I meant glorious.
Also why does the bleakness of vast swathes of the English coastline cheer me so?
Also why does the bleakness of vast swathes of the English coastline cheer me so?
Am away alone without children so am eating cheese and crackers for dinner Say amen if you understand
Saw The Invite last night and you were all correct in that it is excellent and I enjoyed it immensely I shall continue to trust your judgement, thank you
Woke up with good hair today. An exceptionally rare occurrence that deserves to be noted.
London loves, won’t you join us please to discuss this extraordinary book, finally being republished to the admiration it so richly deserves

If you are not spending every waking minute on Vinted, what are you even doing with your one wild and precious life?
Why is this site not as good for developing crushes to take your mind off life as twitter in its heyday was? Discuss

Just explaining to my daughter how, when I gave my phone number to a boy, I had to sit by the phone all day and night to make sure my dad didn't answer and embarass me if they ever did ring Some things ARE better now
Gavin Maxwell’s RING OF BRIGHT WATER probably qualifies … this is where he impulse-buys a lemur (from Harrods) & it nearly kills him: “I got the tourniquet on and a cigarette lit and began to think about Kiko. The psychoanalysis of a lemur, I realized, would present insuperable problems.”
Another good thing about the Deborah Levy is that it introduced me to this poem and SWOON 🖤
The art critic John Berger once wrote that men in paintings act, women appear: 'Men look at women whereas women watch themselves being looked at.' And so it is with Harold Knight's prosaically titled 'Woman Reading,' from 1932.
Would love to read a memoir where someone tries to walk a path or tame a wild animal and it all goes to shit and they do not learn anything at all about life but it is well written
Something to think about whenever you feel romantically melancholic* *all the time
