Hi ! I would like to perform a time lapse microscope to analyse interaction between a gram -ve and +ve bacteria. Unfortunately the +ve one has no fluorescent protein, the -ve one has gfp plasmid. Is there anyway i can visualise their interaction without getting the +ve one tagged? Thanks beforehand
