I truly love Star Trek but these are the ugliest magic cards I've ever seen. Maybe Doctor Who was this ugly. It's just drawings of the actors, it feels wrong.

A lot of the Mystery Booster Commander cards look really cool, but I'm super unimpressed by the Rulebreaker stuff. They all feel very clunky and forced - basically doing them for the sake of it rather than because they actually create cool deckbuilding or game play compared to normal cards.
