Really important 👇🏻. We don’t have to “work with” liars & con artists or acknowledge there are “seeds of truth” undergirding their lies. Anti-vaxxers, HIV/virus denialists, lab leakers, etc are enriching themselves at the expense of public health. We should repudiate them, not seek common ground.

Look. Sometimes it’s my fault that i run late. But a not insignificant number of my patients roll in right before the no-show cut off, which is 15 mins for my clinic. My new patient slots are 30 mins. By the time my MA is done rooming them, there’s 5-10 mins left in their slot.
