IIRC there was a YouTuber who managed to lose XCOM 2 on his first turn of the first mission. Started on a roof, one of their soldiers got psychic'd by an alien, panicked, and grenaded his own team, blowing up the roof tiles and killing them all from fall damage.

They all missed and then he Crit one-shot my Support. That's XCOM, baby!
