The Supreme Court ruled 6–3 in Mullin v. Doe, ending TPS protections for more than 350,000 Haitian and Syrian immigrants. In the “land of the free,” the ruling signals a continued shift toward stronger executive control over immigration policy and less judicial oversight of humanitarian protections.
