gimp is kinda jank yeah but when people have Serious Takes about how it needs to improve all i can read is "here is how these four guys working intermittently for free have FAILED to live up to the international company making twenty billion dollars a year"
Chris Person@papapishu.bsky.social · 3mo agoGIMP is objectively unintuitive and also can’t parse text layers of PSDs properly, it’s designed by FOSS people that have never created tools for professionals. Telling someone to use it for their job is like saying you can make a feature on iMovie. Technically true but not serious.

took back 10k + Half% world record from the goat Ludovik with an insane 47 minute 10k + a 30:25 no reset half% run! this category is turning out to be way more fun than expected
Got another 5k+no reset PB today! Probably need to focus on improving my running consistency for a bit to avoid injuring myself, but was pretty happy to finally be getting 5k times like I was last year (21:27!)

Honestly legendary piece of software. Notably (for MCSR), ImGui is the UI library that’s used by ToolScreen.

world record: 5km run -> no reset any% RSG of 45:44, barely beating out Ludovik's former world record of 47:01! ice is still melting and I am excited to do a few more attempts of this in the future.
