Basically all it comes down to, is right wingers wanting to either touch kids, or having a fun time bullying and ruining the lives of kids, because to them kids arent actually people, they are objects to use.

It's really telling that the "Fairness in sports argument" is always from people with 0 interest in sports, and base it entirely off their feelings and "what they think" rather than actually based off the facts. Transphobes don't have facts, they only have their feelings

We have a complete descent into fascism in part driven by the fact that a bunch of fucking losers got upset they couldn't call people slurs without consequences anymore. And the so called allies to the victims of said fascism are too busy salivating over the fact they feel safe to use slurs again

The language used in the filing lays bare that this is about define "women's rights" as a "right to be treated according to their biological sex", rather than a right to equality. This would be an end to gender equality in a general sense.

The filing states that transgender girls, whom it calls “males” throughout, have “inherent physical advantages” that “necessarily” create safety risks and competitive disadvantages for cisgender girls, and that under Title IX, any state that lets a transgender girl compete is “treating females worse than males.”
