I'd urge ppl to go to the website linked below There are many facts and figures I was certainly unaware of It's also only right that Scotland should benefit from ALL the revenue raised from Scotch Whisky not just the 8% we're "given" I hope these figures can show the UN how we're being ripped off

Scotland gets 8% but Scotch was worth 👇 The Scotch Whisky industry provides £7.1bn in gross value added (GVA) to the UK economy (2022). Source www.scotch-whisky.org.uk/industry-ins... #WMRobbery #ScottishIndependenceNow

A new government sets its direction early. I've just signed European Movement UK's petition asking Andy Burnham to drop the red lines on Europe and set out a real plan for the UK's European future. Add your name: www.europeanmovement.co.uk/5_asks_for_a...

Our 5 Asks for Andy Burnham

Andy Burnham must seize the moment to build a bold, forward-looking agenda for his administration to lead the UK towards a new European future.

Anas Sarwar quitting ScotLab confirms old suspicions. In the branch office, promotion to head office is the stuff of dreams. Holyrood is always the lesser gig. Joining the world’s 2nd largest unelected chamber is always unproblematic. Rotten legacy for new leader www.thenational.scot/politics/264...

Lesley Riddoch: Anas Sarwar fleeing Scottish Labour's sinking ship proves one thing

NUMBER 10 of the North – aye, it’s actually south for Scots, but whatever ...

I'm not sorry to see Anas Sarwar stand down as Scottish Labour leader; I think he should have done so immediately following the disastrous loss in May. But doing it now to take up a junior ministerial job in Westminster sends a terrible message about what Labour thinks of Scotland. Really terrible.

I'll just remind Andy Burnham, As I have done with every Labour politician I've ever interacted with that the founding Father of the Labour party Keir Hardie (not Hardy as was misspelled at a conference years ago) that he argued for full devolution & home rule. Effectively Scotland being Independent

The Court of Appeal have upheld the government’s authoritarian ban on Palestine Action. Members of the group or people who support them face up to 14 years in prison – even for holding up a sign. The government must stop its crackdown on protest and defend our right to speak up.

Scotland’s energy wealth should work for Scotland. The SNP will always stand up for keeping Scotland’s resources in Scotland’s hands, not letting Westminster, Farage or the Tories take the benefit. On Thursday 18 June, vote SNP in the Aberdeen South by-election.
