Lovely day for an early morning walk. Make sure you prioritise time in nature, it is so healing. Don't rush it, take your time, listen, look, smell what is around you. Heal.
Gripe & moan time.... Live chat function on websites... if it's AI it is not live chat. If I can't type my own question, it's not a live chat. It's not service it just frustrates the hell out of customers. Bring back people to answer questions and give an actual answer that makes sense.
