I watched the whole movie! I was right to presume I would need the extreme recliner with the heavy padding in order to be comfortable. Practical Magic 2 is a practically perfect contemporary fantasy film and I am so glad I went. Now back to the migraine cave

Migraine has faded to pain mostly managed with meds + still feel icky but can safely eat & drink small amounts. 50% chance I'll get to the Practical Magic showtime for which I have tickets tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
I DID IT My book is turned in. I am still in a migraine cave and will not be going out to celebrate like I normally would but I am feeling accomplished.
Book is ready. I want to do another pass before turning it in but it's ready and I could send it off now. I'm going to shower and nap and then decide. Either way it's not going to be late

I've reached the "Watch S1 of Angel" portion of my Buffy rewatch and since I didn't really watch it back in the day I had somehow missed that there's an episode that costars/guest stars TWO people I've worked with. So that was a fun thing to learn.
Ugh Migraine day 3 loading. But it's down to mostly pain, so much more manageable. Some pills & cold caffeine to start the day....
I am beginning to feel human again. I ate three chicken nuggets and a little bit of apple. In a little while I'm going to try to eat some mashed potatoes. If all that goes well, it's back to revising!
Yay!!! Always excited for MOAR SEANAN! I still have one(?) more pass on my ms and then I turn it in tomorrow (night)

As a SAG-AFTRA member who couldn't get down to the picket line, being a member of Snack Squad (I named a Popsicle!) was an incredible way to support my union and connect with fans all over.

Woke up at 3:am with the kind of migraine that's extreme pain with the bonus of making me so dizzy I get nauseous if I sit up straight or dare to stand. I have things to do today, damnit

I absolutely *cannot* finish this draft in under 700 words (my deliverable/what I'm getting paid for is 675 words from current wordcount) but I'm starting to think the revision pass just for length isn't going to be the headache I once feared.
I sat next to an imagineer at Carrie Fisher's memorial service in LA and we geeked out over environmental engineering and she told me I absolutely *had* to go see Cars Land in Anaheim. She was right. I'm still sad we lost touch when Twitter went blergh.
