i read this post on tumblr shortly after it was made and i've been thinking about it every day since

A thing no one tells you about starting exercising is that it sucks for the first few weeks/months. It's hard, your body aches, it's boring. But once I got over the hump it started to feel good. I noticed clarity of thought, and strength. I've never felt a runner's high, but it's close I think
"ultrasound" - it sounds like "a really cool sound", right? but you actually can't hear it at all. Very disappointing
