You'd think from the reporting that Zack Polanski is the worst thing that has happened in British politics in recent years. Weirdly, they seem excited about his perceived failures but suggest ways he could have done things differently to do better. That's objectivity and balance.

Renee Good's family filed two lawsuits today. The first, against, USG, is a standard wrongful death. The second is a Klan Act lawsuit against Jonathan Ross, AND STEPHEN MILLER and Greg Bovino. It names Nick Shirley and Christopher Rufo as non-party co-conspirators for their racist propaganda.

At all relevant times, Defendants Ross, Miller, Noem, Lyons, Homan, Bovino, and the John Doe Federal Agents acted under color of federal law and within the scope of a joint enterprise with the private actors described below. Defendant Lewandowski acted in part under color of federal law and in part, as alleged below, as a private person, his federal status having been limited to a temporary part-time designation that his conduct exceeded. The Times - which has v much joined in the rightwing clamour to reduce immigration - now reporting that Mahmood’s “success” has cost the economy £4- to £7Bn. Would they like to now honestly confirm that fewer people = less spending power for all. There’s a high price to pay for this nasty obsession.
