My ability to injure myself is epic. Got up to go the bathroom and got my toes tangled up in a small doggie poo bag that had fallen out of my pocket at some point violently twisted my knee trying not to fall. SMH. Thank goodness it's better today....lol

So, today has been a bit. I got the new tooth fixture and it looks great. It makes me speak funny and I wasn't warned about that so it freaked me out and made me so afraid. My voice work is what has given me hope for the future. It's already sounding better though so should be ok.
I wonder how many others are like me where the body doesn't shut off completely during sleep and dreaming. I sometimes act out things that are happening in my dreams like punching and kicking and my hubby is not amused...lol.
