ToonHive@toonhive.bsky.social · 2d agoLAIKA’s ‘Wildwood’ is tracking for a domestic opening weekend of just $6M–$10M, Box Office Pro reports. • Estimated budget of $100M • Would mark one of the lowest openings for an animated film in 2026
Can't believe we have to put in the ttrpg session notes that one of our party members is a flat earther
#criticalrole #criticalrolespoilers I need King Gus and Kattigan fics based on ALL OF THAT ON MY DESK YESTERDAY
The sentence "credit to the original artist" is a blight on artists everywhere. It's the lazy man's way of saying "I was too lazy to find out who that artist is or ask permission" 😩
Happy International Lesbian Day! As your neighborhood belle, I’d like you to take the time to celebrate and recognize two monumental black lesbians that have incredibly written prose, research, as well as rich lesbian historical texts and poetry! ⬇️
the money that is earned by this IP is being used to fund the death and hurt of trans lives and nothing is a good reason to fund that. it IS that black and white. This art is being used by it's artist to hurt and destroy trans lives. there is NO REASON that justifies it. It DOES hurt people.
Seán Ferrick@seanferrick.bsky.social · 7d agoI was tempted to pirate HP, curiosity and all that. But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.
#lanterns #lanternsspoilers Crazy to see people claim that the writers hate Hal Jordan, meanwhile I didn't really care that much about him until this show made me cry multiple times for him, clearly we watched different shows lmao
#lanterns #lanternsspoilers Love how it shows John's character that despite telling Guy he was chosen to be the Guardian's errand boy, he still acknowledged that it wasn't a bad thing, Guy was a Green Lantern and he should be proud
#criticalrole #criticalrolespoilers Will never get tired of Hollis being a huge Hal fan, I love him so much
#criticalrole #criticalrolespoilers "I want to kill you, but I have to kill your story before I kill your person." Banger
About to lock in so hard for that slumber party Magneto cosmetic but did they have to put it behind a DAMN POP & WIN--
Holy shit, this is literally how Dragon Age Inquisition started 👀
Elle@elleisanisland.bsky.social · 4w agoPope Leo XIV has been gifted a massive green orb and honestly not now massive green orb
Was watching the new Critical Role episode in the living room, my dad came in and sat down with me to hang out, got at least 30 minutes through before saying "is it always this stressful??" and had to stop watching 😂😂

Something you can materially do for your trans friends: hire them Basically every gig I've landed in the last 5+ years has been directly the result of a cis friend doing me a solid... and all the interviews and applications with strangers, even with solid word-of-mouth colleague recs? Nah
the way this is my biggest legacy but most people don't know it was me who made it
Oh good. I can finally have children. I’ve always held off because I wasn’t sure if they’d really mesh well with my aesthetic, ya know?

Pro tip: you don’t have to comm artists to boost and support them. People claim they can’t support artists and creators because they are financially strapped, but they can still boost posts, comment, like, and in general just be supportive! It’s completely free outside of an internet connection ;)
