This week's @rachelaliceroddy.bsky.social @theguardian.com Lasagne with three cheeses, tomato and tiny meatballs I did 4 layers in a dish that fitted the fresh lasagne sheets perfectly. The mini sausage balls certainly added height. Delicious! Had it with salad for dinner. I'll be making this again.
finally used up a jar of too bitter to eat bergamot marmalade after three rounds of @rachelaliceroddy.bsky.social’s marmalade cake recipe and now i’m a bit sad the accursed jar is up (couldn’t wait for the icing stage before i had the first one)

This week's @rachelaliceroddy.bsky.social @theguardian.com Chicken with sweet and sour lemon and tarragon sauce. Absolutely delicious. Hadn't used tarragon before - a great flavour. Had it for dinner with potatoes and vegetables (although not courgettes). Plus three more book to investigate!

I found orecchiette which was a bonus! Easy to make and perfect for dinner in this heatwave. The almonds added a nice crunch. Will make this again.
