Just Hebah (she/her)@hebaha.bsky.social · 4mo agoI'm glad #ShowMeYourKnits clarified that colorwork includes mosaic, because my brain tends to go "is not real colorwork if it's not stranded," which I haven't done (yet!). But mosaic is my jam, so much so I knitted this cowl twice with indie dyed + handspun yarn.
Missed Hadestown live when it was in town but caught it on the big screen today with @mikeheadley.bsky.social . So good. I still gasped when Orpheus turned around. 😭
Get my book from a library! I was broke for decades. For more than half of my life, nearly all of my access to literature was thanks to having a library card. Feel no more shame in using yours than you would heap upon me. Libraries kick ass.

A demisexual earl with decidedly feminine interests doesn't correct his pen pal when she thinks he's a woman. Then he gets a crush. And eventually they have to meet 👀
Been a bit since I shared for #ShowMeYourKnits, but I do have a stripes WIP. This is the Alexander Shawl, which I'm making as part of a mini knit-along with local friends. I'm almost halfway.
This is how I've felt for a while. It's this weird thing where I am feeling better about the long range outlook for this country but increasingly stressed about figuring out how to get us all there in one piece.
