There is no right, or wrong, or black & white answer to conflict & to let things go/moving on is not a betrayal of yourself, or your values. Allow people who wronged you to grow past their mistake, chances are you were the turning point in their life to make that possible.
Google Document culture is a blight. Resolve your issues in private like the adults everyone likes to claim to be (but evidently are not.) Critical thinking is so dangerously, abysmally low these days, it's depressing.
