hey yall! letting yall know i'm gonna try to actually get back into streaming this week, and not avoid it like the plague, and to help me do that, i've created a schedule, and i'm changing how i stream! i won't be doing multiple things per stream anymore, and i'll stream for more days than just 1.
got to (sort of!) perform visuals for an irl event today via streaming to them. genuinely felt cool watching my stuff appear in real life through their twitch stream. as always @eu-logy.bsky.social is one of my favorite people to work with, my life changed when i met him. love u bro

At a certain point in any relationship, presence alone counts equally to quality of a hangout. I could take a silent walk with my best friend and still get a lot out of it. The more you get to know someone, the lower the standard or expectation of 'performance' is. But you gotta get there somehow.

I'd argue that, for the metrics, it's vastly MORE important that viewers turn this off. There's more viewers than streamers, so even if every streamer turned this off, if viewers don't, the executives can still claim that "most users don't care" and cram it down our throats even harder. Opt out.
