Responsible leaders in competent governments will have to fix this problem by heavily regulating auto manufacturers designs. There's no other way around it and people need to start becoming very loud and very aggressive about this issue.

This law firm was just awarded a $150 million/year contract to lead representation of unaccompanied minors through immigration proceedings. Seems really bad!

In addition to having no experience in immigration, their website shows Ilya Shapiro (!) and disgraced former law prof Joshua Wright (!) as Senior Counsel. I don't think this massive contract was awarded to give immigrant children effective, zealous advocacy. burkegroup.law/our-team/

I really need someone to redevelop the former Kindred Hospital Chicago Central & associated parking lots using the as of right RM-4.5 zoning. Should allow for about 120 or so units in 4.5 story buildings, again, as of right, no zoning change required.

the next president has a duty to the country to prove that “tax immunity” is a completely made up thing that doesnt exist. they need to do this through intense prosecution to signal to future leaders what will happen if they try this

Is everyone aware of the General Motors streetcar conspiracy? In the mid-20th century, auto and oil interests bought up electric streetcar systems across the US and systematically replaced them with bus routes and paved roads, funneling commuters toward private cars.

Thinking of doing a calculation of #cf97 attendance over the years with a 22k cap for all games. Creating a means of comparing apples to apples for once the new stadium opens because average attendance will be less than it has been the last 3 seasons, just due to capacity limitation of 22k.
