Texas Equal Access Fund

We're here to help Texans access abortion & repro care by helping them pay for it. We help people in 110 counties in north, east, and west Texas. Need help? Text us 1-844-832-3863. Visit our site at teafund.org

Today, the House is voting on the so-called “Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act.” But don’t be fooled—this bill would only make it easier for states to take money from families who need it and instead funnel it to anti-abortion CPCs that provide misinformation, not care.

When the need is urgent, we meet it with care and safety. Alexandra’s story shows how TEA Fund shows up for families. Help stock the next infant care drive. Give, volunteer, or share.

Did you know that in addition to abortion and preventive repro care funding, Texas Equal Access Fund provides diapers, wipes, and formula to parents in need? This program is one of our most requested because the need is huge. We run out of money in just a few days at the start of each month.

🚨 Last night, Governor Abbott signed HB 7 into law. This latest ban expands Texas’ abortion restrictions and creates a bounty-hunting scheme where extremists can sue anyone who helps a Texan access abortion pills and pocket up to $100,000.

We’re fighting like hell to change Texas because this is our home. This is where we live and where we have our families. People who come to our page to insult us and the people of Texas will get blocked.

HB 7 has passed the Texas House and is now headed to the Senate. Lawmakers want to take away medication abortion, even though it’s a safe and essential part of health care. Bluebonnets, Whataburger, Buc-ee’s, cowboy boots… and abortion pills. They’re all part of Texas.

We love Texas. 💖 Our communities are powerful, creative, and resilient. We're here, rooted in this place, organizing with our neighbors to fight back against harmful policies and to care for each other.
