Conversations about abortion aren't slowing down anytime soon! In partnership with @ppgreatertx.bsky.social and @teafund.org, we hosted a Let's Talk About Abortion training in Dallas where we talked about the best ways to destigmatize abortion. Visit avowtexas.org/events to RSVP for more events!

We're here to help Texans access abortion & repro care by helping them pay for it. We help people in 110 counties in north, east, and west Texas. Need help? Text us 1-844-832-3863. Visit our site at teafund.org
You cannot “personal responsibility” your way out of a rigged system. That's why helping someone pay for an abortion is a radical act of community care.
Today, the House is voting on the so-called “Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act.” But don’t be fooled—this bill would only make it easier for states to take money from families who need it and instead funnel it to anti-abortion CPCs that provide misinformation, not care.
When the need is urgent, we meet it with care and safety. Alexandra’s story shows how TEA Fund shows up for families. Help stock the next infant care drive. Give, volunteer, or share.
Care is a practice, not a slogan. Andree’s story shows how our staff and board show up for each other so we can show up for you.
Did you know that in addition to abortion and preventive repro care funding, Texas Equal Access Fund provides diapers, wipes, and formula to parents in need? This program is one of our most requested because the need is huge. We run out of money in just a few days at the start of each month.
Radical compassion looks like helping someone pay for their abortion.
the phrasing on prop 15 is wildly misleading so it will probably pass but if you live in tx go vote specifically so you can vote against it if nothing else. this from @teafund.org
obviously we're like chronically talking about this but it is wild how all the bad propositions texans are voting on this year are about expanding state power, presented by a party that is constantly whining about people telling them what to do
Paging Grey's Anatomy fans! In honor of tonight’s premiere, we imagined how our faves would back their local abortion fund. From Bailey’s pragmatism to Cristina’s efficiency, the takeaway is simple: donate monthly, share resources, and help people get to their appointments. Check out our thread!
FACT: People who support abortion access are 72% hotter than people who don't.
Trans people are wonderfully made in God’s image.

🚨 Last night, Governor Abbott signed HB 7 into law. This latest ban expands Texas’ abortion restrictions and creates a bounty-hunting scheme where extremists can sue anyone who helps a Texan access abortion pills and pocket up to $100,000.
if you are feeling scared about our fascist gov't one action you could take is to pay for an abortion in the largest state where they are banned bsky.app/profile/teaf...
That’s why North Texas Giving Day is so important. We’re raising $30,000 to keep our helpline open and support Texans forced to travel out of state for abortion care. Donate today: teafund.org/ntxgivingday

We’re fighting like hell to change Texas because this is our home. This is where we live and where we have our families. People who come to our page to insult us and the people of Texas will get blocked.

HB 7 has passed the Texas House and is now headed to the Senate. Lawmakers want to take away medication abortion, even though it’s a safe and essential part of health care. Bluebonnets, Whataburger, Buc-ee’s, cowboy boots… and abortion pills. They’re all part of Texas.
We love Texas. 💖 Our communities are powerful, creative, and resilient. We're here, rooted in this place, organizing with our neighbors to fight back against harmful policies and to care for each other.
Hey Dallas! Will we see you tomorrow at our vigil?
🕯️Thursday in Dallas: Holding the Light, Fighting the Darkness: A Vigil Against Abortion Bans. 📍 Church in the Cliff 📅 Aug 28 | 6–8 PM We gather as people of faith and conscience to honor lives lost under abortion bans & to pray for protection for Texans and activists fighting these cruel laws.
No one should fear for their life, especially not in schools or churches. We are praying for all of those hurt by today’s shooting in Minneapolis.
Texas Republicans are trying to punish quorum breakers, because they know they can't handle competition.
💍 Congrats to Taylor Swift — we’re celebrating our own forever love story: Texans + the fight for abortion access. ✨
