Not great at doing this for myself, but I have severely cut down on self deprication. Used to make myself the target of jokes all the time; now it sounds weird/feels off to do so. Progress is progress :)

Tried a new color, found out that hair dye doesn’t just overwrite what’s already there. Pink-purple ombré was unexpected, and I have no complaints

Re: my last reposts “Do not put money in the pocket of a woman who has sworn publicly to use it to disenfranchise vulnerable populations” is the smallest ask imaginable. It’s not oxygen, it’s not food. It’s television. You can do without. There are thousands of other shows for you to watch.
In the wake of a nasty news cycle, I like to celebrate small wins. Example: Yesterday I found that I cannot wear pants I got pre-HRT. I’d been the same scrawny size for my entire adult life until now. Entirely too much thigh and ass to even zip the damn things. That’s what’s up.
