Had a lush day at Winchester Poetry festival where I was super happy to have Guided Breathwork for Grief commended, & to meet so many fab poets including Oliver Carmichael who won with a belter of a poem, You Ask About My First Kiss. Massive thanks to the festival organisers and to judge Clare Shaw!
