They are being offered a reduction to 1% COLA adjustments (0% years 2-4 if I understand correctly). Has the cost of living gone up 1% annually? 3% is the bare minimum, though inadequate. 1/

If it’s 10:59 and someone is clearly struggling to get stuff out the door to go outside of a store that opens at 11am- maybe trying to barge in past them going “well are you open” isn’t a great move. When they say give me a second maybe don’t respond “oh I guess you aren’t open at 11 then”
