For years people talked about how unlikely voters could swing elections. Turns out they did, it’s sucked for all involved and now they’ll go back to being unlikely voters. You don’t always win by getting more people to turn out. Sometimes you win by getting the other guy’s voters to stay home.

Correct. It closes if a beloved loop for bikers and runners as well as several spots known for hosting large family gatherings. And it manages to leave the space with fewer golf holes than it had before. It’s a travesty.

He’s destroying a huge swath of public property, including a golf course used primarily by those new to the game, for this monstrosity that is as garish and gross as it is historic. It’s the Mar-a-Lago face of “restorations.”
