Generally, I think a good rule of thumb for interacting with someone is like improv's "Yes and" rule. Like what is the intent of someone's post? If they're like, "I ate a good cake today", it's weird to be like, "Soon you won't be able to afford any cake at all thanks to our PRESIDENT."
If someone posts about something good in the world, you don’t have to respond with a snide/doomer comment about how the good thing will eventually be ruined by bad people. You don’t have to go through life looking at good things through the lens of the worst people you can think of.
