We're still looking for someone in the Inland Empire area to adopt or foster this little tortoiseshell kitty. I'm willing to drive halfway to L.A. if anyone there wants to meet up to take her.

Just saw #PredatorBadlands 10/10 Loved that they got more into Yautja culture and thought the direction of the story was a great set up for a lot of cool things to come. (Alien Earth is definitely worth watching before you go see it btw)

I am so pleased to announce that The Boy from previous posts has found a furever home. No words can express the gratitude I have for @neevers.bsky.social - who is the real hero for fostering this boy (vet bills and all). Thank you to everyone who boosted my posts as well!

I want to note thar the fluffy hair takes an hour and a lot of trust in the process

This is something I thought was utterly proven during the pandemic: ALL economies are driven by normal people buying normal things. NO economies are driven by rich people. Actually, this was proven by Adam Smith in "The Wealth of Nations" i. 1776... 🙄

I'm tired. We're all tired. This isn't hard to understand. You can't inflate prices of basic necessities like food and housing to ridiculous highs while keeping wages at poverty levels, then act surprised when luxury goods/services and large purchases become unattainable or payments unaffordable.

BREAKING: A court ordered the Department of Defense to stop censoring educational materials discussing race and gender in schools on military bases. Books removed from the schools must be returned to the shelves immediately.

There's something weird in my sink

Hermes is absolutely my baby Had him since before his eyes opened. He got sick later as a kitten and I had him with me in a sling everywhere until he could use his hind legs again. Slept above my head. My little baby.
