Eyo. On the topic of me once again getting got by seeing a cornucopia of brown people in the thing I'mma call this out; Y'all need to stop leaning on locs just because its the "easiest straight hair" equivalent for you to draw. Yeah. I noticed how many afro/ braid styles y'all AREN'T using.
I cannot wait to be free to draw. I cannot express how good it'll feel to have the energy again
If your webcomic is maxing out at three or four panels per page, you're wasting everyone's time—most importantly, your own. Comics don't need to be maximally dense (a valid criticism against *me*, in fact), but each page should attempt to tell a micro-'story' in itself.
If SCREEN were to pass, you'd be required to scan your face and upload an ID to access this site because it allows "harmful" material. This affects you even if you don't care about sex work or porn.

Artists: if your hand/arm/shoulder hurts, take a break! Speaking from experience; If you don’t, you’ll do damage to yourself and eventually be out of commission until it heals. Also hold your utensils with a lighter grip. :p

For anyone who has always wanted to make a comic but has never managed to, I recommend trying a four-panel manga. You don’t need to plan out a long story... It can be completed with just one witty twist!
if you are like me and have absolutely no other ideas except for the big one, starting with a 'pilot episode' chapter is a good bet - a single story that encapsulates the vibe of the whole plot in miniature before you commit to the long haul, finish that chapter and see how you feel
