Body cam videos of a Border Patrol chase in Chicago last fall appear to contradict the initial DHS narrative of agents executing a PIT maneuver—a nudging at high speed to disable a fleeing driver. Instead, feds blew a tire and crashed after a supervisor told them to stop the pursuit:
