To follow up on yesterday's discussion, there is a reason you don't apply restorative justice on an individual basis whenever you feel like it. Restorative justice is a "later" project, not a "now" project, because we do not have the systems yet in place for restorative justice to take place:

the thing about furry is that it's always been about queer and sexual expression regardless of who you are. while it's not a perfect community, it's still very welcoming in a lot of instances and that kink will always be a part of it. seeing new furs and corps try to sanitize furry is frustrating
