Noli's parents moved from India for her father's job in Cary, NC. During those first couple years, they had Noli and soon discovered that they are much more at home in Durham than they are when they go home - where their families don't really get along and Noli feels out of place.

My favorite new character in Navigating with You vol 2 is part Neesha's new friend group. Her name is Noli. She's a future engineer, a fan of pro wrestling and horror movies, and gets Neesha a job interning with her on a local political campaign. Also, lost the bottom half of her left leg last year.

Writer Jeremy Whitley returns to the show to talk about his upcoming graphic novel Navigating with You Vol. 2, book bans and more.

The response I've gotten from a pitch that has given me the most anxiety is "I think we'd be interested in this if you made some (undisclosed/imprecise) edits first." So, yeah, I have a giant prose shaped stone strapped to my back because I haven't figured out where the statue is in it yet.

I have been playing a lot of Date Everything and I can tell this game had a lot of women on the dev team because there are actually several male characters in this that I'm like "yeah, I could do this" and there are several nb/female characters that I just really want to hug and take care of.

*sigh* Officially got the first review of Navigating with You 2 of the sort that I've been afraid of. "This book is not as unambiguously positive and comfy as the first one and therefore not as good" Vol 1 got reviews like "this is too unambiguously positive and comfy" C'est la vie

Even the covers shows the character arcs which was so subtle until you read the book and looked. I am a SUCKER for detail like that. Volume 2 is amazing, you will love it

The way Jeremy has written and explored these characters impacted me in such profound way. And it is not often that my perception of what a comic can be changes, but Navigating with You Vol 1 & 2 showed me something pure and heartfelt

I'm really glad that SLJ put up the extended preview of Navigating with You vol 2, because you get to meet GABBY'S (cute) EX Caridad Acosta was the first girl Gabby ever kissed, who then broke up with her by text. Now, suddenly, they go to the same school! But Gabby has changed and so has Caridad...
