at the point where singing is now traumatic for me. every time i have to leave for practice, my anxiety worsens. broke out into hysterics during practice. i've been sick to my stomach about our show tonight since i woke up. i truly believe my trauma is what is causing me to suffocate while singing.
i am feeling better and like i have so many things to look forward to in life but i alsoooo feel like we are headed for societal collapse engineered by billionaires and i don't know what to do 🤪 should i just run up my cards and go to japan before it's joever in 2-3 years or fucking relax lmao
