Re: Russian Brexit interference, two things are true, just as they are for Trump: 1) they absolutely fucking obviously interfered, in ways that anyone could see 2) that interference wouldn't have worked on a population that wasn't already full of fascists and the fash-curious.
I think people look to the Russian thing as evidence that the "real" Britain/USA is good really, and that's not what it showed.
