Sometimes people push back when I say that staying on Twitter/X breaks your brain & makes you lose touch with reality. Here's a post from the guy who led product at X when they shipped their "create CSAM" feature, with a reply from a psychotic dude who's been posting about me for 14 years straight.

It’s striking that the GOP has a massive cash advantage even when Trump is currently causing lasting harm to the US and global economy. What does that say about the interests of capital?

Not to mention the number of replies that have, "Well in the Bible, it says..." Dear child, the Roman Catholic Church is pretty darn famous for not being sola scriptura. In fact, the very era of history you keep wanting to cite is when the Church made that EXCEEDINGLY clear.

All these bros trying to tell the Pope that he's wrong on the death penalty seem to think that there's no Church history from Paul to the Council of Trent. "The Church has ALWAYS..." No, it hasn't, you goofballs. Because the Church as you want to define it didn't even exist until after Trent.

I do enjoy the Marketplace podcasts but the absolutely insane number of Odoo ads on them means it is a product I will never, ever use. Also, if I could pay for a premium, ad-free, version of their podcasts I absolutely would.
